Site content and purpose
micprep.com presents MicPrep, a guest booking and interview preparation service for independent podcast hosts and small show producers. The pages describe the service, its plans and its pricing. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer until a written agreement is in place between MLJ, SASU and the subscriber.
Intellectual property
The structure of this site, its written copy, its layout, its illustrations, its icon set, its typography choices and the MicPrep name and mark are the property of MLJ, SASU or are used with the permission of their owners. They are protected by French and international intellectual property law.
You may quote short extracts of the text for review, commentary or reporting, provided you name MicPrep and link to the page you are quoting. Any other reproduction, adaptation, translation, republication or commercial use, in whole or in part and on any medium, requires the prior written consent of the publisher. Photographs on this site are licensed for use by MLJ, SASU on micprep.com only. They may not be extracted or reused. Brand names belonging to third parties, including calendar and recording tools mentioned in the FAQ, remain the property of their respective owners and are named for identification only.
Liability
The publisher takes reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and current. Figures relating to time saved, questionnaire return rates and account numbers are recalculated each quarter from platform data and are stated as medians or totals for the period named beside them. They describe past results and are not a promise of the results any individual show will obtain.
The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect loss arising from the use of this site, including loss of listeners, loss of sponsorship revenue or loss of data held outside the MicPrep service. Access to the site may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside the publisher's control, and such interruptions do not give rise to compensation.
External links are provided for convenience. The publisher does not control the sites they point to and accepts no responsibility for their content or their own data practices.

In short: the contact form collects only the fields shown on the page, submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and delivered by email to the publisher, and no advertising or analytics cookies are set by micprep.com.
